That something was a marketing professor, who saw some skits I wrote for a campus competition.

He suggested I sign up for his copywriting course.  I did, and, Aha! I found what truly made me happy.  And it sure as hell wasn’t accounting, or finance, or chemistry. That same professor got me an interview with a Madison Avenue ad agency.  That was the start of a life I’ve loved living every day for the past 40 years.

It’s been said that “if you do what makes you happy, you’ll never work a day in your life”.  So true.
